Our office is considered "essential services" and remains open as we continue to care for the needs of the many patients we serve. This also allows us to care for our community by caring for patients that otherwise would have been diverted to emergency rooms and primary care offices. Since each of our patients have different treatment needs and varied health histories, we have made accommodations to our daily routines in order to provide the highest caliber of both treatment and safety.
-Cleanliness: Every patient can be assured that hospital-grade disinfectant is utilized on a regular schedule throughout the office. Every treatment surface is thoroughly cleaned prior to any patient contact and after every single use.
-Hours: We have consolidated our in-office hours and, at the same time, created distancing between appointments to minimize patient waiting room encounters.
-Curbside Check In: Patients who would prefer not waiting within our waiting room are welcome to contact us upon arrival and maintain a seat in their car. At your scheduled time, our staff will notify you and walk you directly to the treatment room to keep an appropriate social distance. Should you like, our staff can bring you through a side door directly to the treatment room and bypassing the waiting room altogether.
-Video Consult: Patients who are in need of treatment yet have compromised immune systems or other concerns are welcome to request a video consult with Dr. Russell. In this environment, Dr. Russell can better understand the uniqueness of your situation and walk you through self-care options designed specifically for your needs. These consults may demonstrate stretching, strengthening exercises, mobilization techniques and pain control recommendations. Consults are offered through either Zoom or FaceTime. Please contact our office to request this service.
